Virgin Media message today
Anyone else receive from them a text message today about sending you free new mobile internet and picture messaging settings and to restart the phone to get it going? I am with Virgin mobile just to clarify. Then I got loads of configuration messages and then one to say all updated and I have to send a picture message first to receive one, I have had the phone for two years now so this should all be already set up.
Any idea what the new updates are? |

Hi all, bit of a problem still concerning this.
I sent them an email about the new settings and never got a call or reply back!! Forgot all about this message more recently and someone sent me a picture message today before I sent one after receiving the new settings. Anyway, couldnt see the message said unable to retrieve it. So I sent one to them that they received but I cant receive theirs. Went onto Virgin's website and got them to send me new settings for mms and sent again a message to friend which they received, they sent me one but I got the same message back saying unable to retrieve message!! Any ideas how to fix, it was working fine before the new settings they sent about three weeks ago!! |
