A Recipe for Baileys
I've been doing a bit of experimenting and concocted what I think is the perfect recipe for Baileys. Just mix them all together and you're done.
![]() Ingredients (for 1/2) • 1 Cup Irish Whisky (250ml) • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (200ml) • 600mls single cream • 5 tablespoons chocolate syrup • 2 heaped teaspoons coffee • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract |

I bought a cheapo Irish cream from Morrisons for £3.99 the other day. I don't drink Bailey's often but I would say that this cheap version is very nice.
Something I did notice on the lable though was it is a blend of Irish whiskey, white wine and cream. I'd never thought of there being white wine in those types of drinks before. |

It's fun doing your own recipes though. I'm going to try a chocolate orange one and then a white chocolate one. I've made some this afternoon and am already a bit tipsy.
