I'm not one of the folk who seriously thinks Britney is talentless, but I don't think she is anything to write home about in that department. Her appeal is in entertaining. Regardless of who is the brains/talent behind the Britney show, she was a fantastic front woman in her prime.
Gaga's voice is VASTLY superior though. Technically speaking it has strength, control, tone and range that Britney has never displayed. Unfortunately Gaga often holds back on recordings, but when she's at a piano she belts it out the park.
I disagree that Am I A Sinner? 'easily' stands up to Gaga's best. It clearly doesn't. You may prefer it, but it's pretty redundant to even mention it because one Britney-penned album song out of the hundreds she's recorded put up against all the songs Gaga has written (including all singles) doesn't really prove anything.
Britney certainly was a better dancer than Gaga. I agree there. Gaga isn't a natural mover, but she has ability. Her dancing always takes second priority to the singing, so it doesn't matter much to me that she's not a pro in that department.”
GaGa doesn't have amazing range, I don't know where you get that from.

She's stuck in her lower register, and when she can't hit a note, she growls.

She doesn't have great control either, she strains her voice a lot, especially in songs like Speechless or Bad Romance. She can't belt for her life, she ends up with 5 seconds of good stuff, and then it thins.
GaGa's songs aren't a great achievement lyrically, Speechless and Paparazzi are the best of them, but she isn't an extraordinary writer. She just writes a pretty pop song, and it deserves no superiority complex just because she is a popstar who writes.
''Was'' a better dancer? She still is.
You label other posters as ''Stans'', and yet here you are.
