My case put forth for getting Michelle out.
1. Upon entering the house she immediately set forth to get a man. It didn’t really matter who – this is a woman that uses sex to get her way. She set her sites on the meekest of men, if you can call Stuart that, and then proceeded to bully him into changing his mind about how far he wanted to go with their relationship while in the house. And all the while, she seemed more concerned about conquering him than actually having a special moment with him.
2. Her general treatment of Stuart and some other HMs. Michelle likes to order people around – esp. Stuart. On repeated occasions she has told him when to eat, when and where to sleep, when to hug her and how, when to apologise to her, etc… It suggests a shocking lack of respect for men, for Stuart, and for herself. She also likes to boss Nadia around at times as well. And she at times will make fun of Nadia in a personal sort of way that is meant to be funny but rarely is.
3. ME ME ME – everything has to be about Michelle. She is quite open about it and it doesn’t even seem to occur to her to have some sense of shame about it, or to let someone else have a moment in the sun. The wedding task was her utmost moment of sheer self-centered egomania. Could we have heard ONE MORE TIME that she wanted to be bride? Despite being the sergeant in the last task and getting to be in the bedsit, she still felt that she should have been the bride. There is no generosity in this girl.
4. Slyness. We can’t know for sure if she playing some sort of game, but moments in the BB house have shown some instances that are distinctly fishy. Maybe her intentions are good, but whenever she gets into a one on one conversation with someone, more often than not, she ends up planting some sort of seed of discontent in the other person’s mind. Examples: Immediately telling Shell that she shouldn’t do the dance with Victor. Talking to Victor about Dan always having something to say about the cooking yet never doing it.
5. Disloyal – It seemed to all that watched that Michelle became quite good friends with Emma while in the bedsit. They shared their secrets and conspired together. Upon going back into the house and after the fight, Michelle dropped Emma like a hot potato. Upon hearing that she was not coming back into the house, her first statement was that it ‘was for the best.’ And in the diary room, she admitted that much of that feeling was because she was worried about what the other HMs would think she knew about them.
6. Nothing to offer. Let’s just say that Michelle has the depth of a puddle. Fair enough that she didn’t want to sit around talking with Ahmed about politics but she’s never engaged in any discussion with anyone worth anything. She is only concerned with hair, make-up, fashion and sex. We’ve seen her tits… several times now and the only thing that might be left is actually seeing that other piercing of hers. And come on… let’s leave that for the lads magazines that I’m sure she’ll populate once the show is over.
7. The separation. Let’s fact it – the entertainers are now gone from the house. Nadia has lost her spirit for it and everyone else has been evicted. What can we do make things more interesting? Get rid of Michelle and let’s watch what goes on between Stuart and Shell. At the very least, wouldn’t it be interesting to see how the boy would change without the domineering presence of the fishwife? I’d like to find out… and I’d love to see Michelle on BBLB or EForum reacting to it.
8. Pie Jesu – Surely the most persuasive argument. It alone should make you vote her out. You’ll never ever have to hear her sing this song again. Because strangely enough, after being told she failed to sing the song in any way that resembled the tune itself, she has taken to singing it constantly.
9. Sex. BE careful for what you wish for. BB watchers have been waiting for 5 series now for someone to do the deed while in the house and we finally got it. And it was….. really boring. What were we expecting really? But because it’s sex, BB will feel obliged to show it every time it happens. And frankly, I’m already quite bored of watching various sheets fluttering as rhythmic moans occasionally are heard.
