I can't get over what an amazing song Rolling in the Deep is, after about a year of literally notihng interesting me in the charts we finally have some real talent - and British too!

Anyone who feels the same, don't forget you can download it from several different sites to boost the sales...iTunes, Amazon, Tesco Entertainment, Play and 7digital as far as I know.

Hope she makes it to the top spot after missing out with Chasing Pavements. I'm rooting for her

Personally, I think buying more than 1 of anything unless it's for someone else to be unbelievably stupid. Go do something with your life or do an hour on a treadmill instead of wasting your time trying to influence chart positions.

I'm saying this as a fan of the song btw.

I think Adele fans have to face it - she won't get the number 1 position on Sunday. It was looking good at first, but Bruno has been at #1 on iTunes throughout the week and he has the benefit of the album; I mean the album version is at #31, so that's adding to the sales.

Unless there's much competition next week, do we think Adele could climb - or as I predict it'll fall a few places as people'll favour the album.

It was worth hoping for Adele to make no 1. There is still hope for next week, at least if there are no high-profile single releases tomorrow.

Couldn't agree more.

Buy songs because you like them, not to influence chart positions.

Adele being number one isn't going to affect your life is it? I'm not saying £5 or so would, but having £5 is a damn sight more worthwhile than the very slim chance of having five minutes of personal glory because your downloads made a difference on a measly chart position.

I know what you're saying but it's my £5, and I feel strongly about the charts at the moment which are, in my opinion, in a bit of a diabolical state. So when something does get released which isn't auto-tuned or produced as part of the X Factor I like so show my support

It looks like some people have the same idea this week too, because there are two versions of RITD in the iTunes chart this week, one currently at #14 and one at #5, so I don't know where that puts her in the actual chart. Not holding out too much hope since it didn't happen last week but the song is certainly more deserving that anything Ke$ha can come up with in my opinion.
