Black Eyed Peas - "Just Can't Get Enough" as 2nd Single
Yesterday, Black Eyed Peas posted the single artwork of their next single from The Beginning - which just so happens to be track #11 "Just Can't Get Enough".
Link: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fb...84.58332338082 It's a very Fergie-dominated song, quite slow too, which is a strange direction to go in on only the second single. Only listened to the album once through, but have listened to this a few times today and can feel it growing on me big time. Thoughts? Right choice? |

Absolutely love this track. I love BEP but The Beginning is admittedly a poor album. Only a handful of stand out tracks, JCGE is one of them, along with The Time, LUTN, Whenever, Play It Loud and Fashion Beats. The rest are all either a bit dull, horrendously bad lyrically or just plain annoying.
JCGE is a cool track but I doubt it'll do well as a single. Can't really see radio latching onto it. It's just not commercial enough, with no real chorus or hook. I love the SWITCH UP bit, and the way it flows so easily into an upbeat song, but as a single... hmm. Whenever must be released next, that'll do really well. |

Was really looking forward to this album, but I am also disappointed, nothing really stands out- alot of the same dancey sounding numbers.
Can't remember what 'Just Can't Get Enough' sounds like, but will take a listen.. |

The album had a few stand out songs imo (someday, fashion beats, the time & light up the night) But i think this song is one of the worst ones. I can't see it doing very well in the charts & can't see radio favouring it very much.

Its far better than The Time. More synths and autotune but no sampling.
