It is exactly the same, but to try and avoid duplicate threads being started we've got into the habit of the first person to post that they're starting the new one is the one that does it, then posts the URL in the old one.

If no-one else has come forward, I always say "if no-one else has posted by the time this post appears, I'll start the new thread", then double check to see if anyone else has said they'll do it before starting the thread. I also just cut & paste the old thread title then make the necessary changes (Day number & time) just to make it a bit quicker.

Stuart is putting his lower-back at risk the way he's using the dumbells, Michelle doesn't look happy watching him pre-occupied with something else (other than her) - "That's 2 hours now!", she exclaims.

What else are the HM's supposed to do if not use the stuff given to them.
