I'd like to see new booker(s) and writer(s) to be honest because it's all a bit groundhog day IMO. Faction vs faction, swerve after swerve, post match beatdown after beatdown etc. You get the picture - it's often very predictable and the pacing means believabilty and coherency sometimes goes out of the window. The direction seems a little too 1990s and at times the use of blood/swearing comes feels forced. The Impact Zone and its audience gives the impression of a lowbudget organisation.
But the roster is a superb mixture of different performers, the dialogue is snazzy and performers are given more leeway with their promos. The "shoot" elements are a nice touch, not alienating those outside of the IWC. There is character and comedy, a proper tag division and the wrestling isn't restricted. I'll also give the promotion credit for actually booking storylines which arc, instead of relying on fights over the titles 90% of the time. That shaky backstage camera thing is an interesting touch from Bischoff.
