They did the same angle at the end, with Terry Funk/Raven instead of Anderson/Hardy and at the end Joey Styles was really emotional and said the line. It's use in TNA was just a half hearted acknowledgment we've been here before, and it annoyed me.

Edit: here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBJmjtM5oDk (NB: it's a bit violent.)

Spoiler
I'm glad AJ has gone back to being a 'goody' again, he just doesn't suit being a heel, mainly because he looked tiny compared to the rest of Immortal even though he is still an amazing wrestler.

It looks spontaneous, that's for sure. The problem is they always make sure they show people talking behind a not-so-well closed door...it can work the first 1-2 weeks, but it's been months now and the wrestler look like idiots because they're ALWAYS caught.

Good to see Challenge showed the PPV in full, although I didn't like the fact they inserted a few commercial breaks in the middle of the match.

Bravo didn't do that, so I don't see why Challenge needs to.

I hate the filmic look on backstage, I don't know if its TNA's talent 'acting' ability but it comes across like a cheap made for TV movie!

That will rise over time because it hasn't been advertised much, hence people having to find it. Not to mention Hogan, Flair, Foley and possibly Sting will be on the show over the coming months.

Then Sky will move it to Sky 2 at the end of the year

As long as it doesn't end up on Sky Sports everything will be fine.

They'll not it move it to a channel that is FTA for Sky viewers, that'd be uncalled for!

Not a bad start but when put against the 112,000 that RAW got going live at 1.00am behind a paywall means there's still some publicity to do though I can't see Sky pushing the boat out on that one

Of course we've gotta take PVR and +1 for both Raw and Impact and add that

The highest figure Challenge has had lately was 111,000 for the Friday 31st Dec episode of Who Wants to be a Millionaire

Excellent rating. I feared some fans may have given up after having to wait ages to catch up but over 100,000 is a great figure.

Impact could have ranked several times in the top 10. We wont know until the ratings are released.

TNA isn't back on my listings until Tueday night with an Episode of Impact then Explosion, does anyone know if the episode is from before or after Against All Odds and therefore might have spoilers in as Against All Odds is being broadcast the following night?

Thanks

The 'experts' on the rating thread think Freeview might harm TNA as programmes like Who Wants to Be A Millionaire take greater wider audience popularity.

You'd hope not but sounds logical

Chris Jericho has been on that god awful twatter site or whatever its called

After 10 yrs TNA talent still have an inferiority complex. If u don't think that u work for the BEST COMPANY EVER then nobody else will!" "As a performer u hav to act and project that where u work is the pinnacle of competition! If not then the whole place just seems second rate."

Jericho is right. Just like you should always portray the World Title as the most important thing in the World.

Its not going to harm Impact at all just that others shows like Millionaire are going to get higher ratings too thus Impact may struggle for a top 10 spot.

TNA are utterly clueless.

Against All Odds was a mess.

The Jarrett - Angle match, words fail

And Hardy....wtf is that about, do they want the press from a first reigning Champ to be in jail?!

As per usual another uplifting and positive post from you Ambassador.

What was so bad about Jarrett - Angle? I thought it was a very good match, probably match of the night. A pretty dull PPV overall as expected considering the matches announced.

And your not going to be popular posting main event results earlier.
