Generation Me have asked for their release and are on their way out of TNA - http://twitter.com/#!/GenMeJer

I won't miss them too much, there are better X-Division guys on the roster, but all the same it shows the trouble TNA has in keeping such a large roster happy. Although they don't seem bitter about it at all and enjoyed their time there.

Sounds like a good idea to me.

Any word yet on buyrates for Destination X? Curious to see whether the IWC actually bothered to buy it after complaining for years about the X-Division not being focused on.
Loads of them started with a new excuse: don't buy Destination X because it's a one-time deal, and they won't change their direction based on this one PPV's success.

Pathetic human beings.

Two talented individuals never given the push for one reason or another. Part of me liked them as talent, but part of me thought they were too slim to be on TV regularly. The storylines they were involved in were laughable too.

Probably a rhetorical question, but I consider them the brainwashed computer-chair wrestling "fans" pretending to know the in's-and-out's of the business, yet have never even touched a ring rope.

Not really. A lot of us are here simply because we want to discuss the show, even in a kayfabe way.

Great PPV so far. Lynn/RVD was top-quality, and I absolutely LOVED Austin Aries ripping into the people watching it on a stream instead of paying for it. It's those members of the IWC who give everyone else a bad name.

I'm sure this willl please a lot of new TNA fans who maybe only started watching in January as to the kind of stuff TNA used to have on every week.

Hopefully the market research will show that this is what the "newer" fans want, as well as bring back some of the "old" TNA fans that didn't like the new direction. Top notch PPV. The best this year from TNA? I'd bet on it.

Awesome PPV! the best i've seen all year from any company

RVD/Jerry Lynn never fail to put on an great match, reminded me of their old ECW matches in 99, they can both still go 12 years on

Definitely the best PPV of the year. Lynn/RVD was fantastic, as was the X-Division Contract Match - "Everybody!". I was left a bit disappointed by the main event though, can't help but think the slower pace was down to Christopher Daniels being 40 now and unable to go like he used to. Still some great spots in it though and delighted to see Styles get the win.

Absolutely agree - great action packed card and no unnecessary "creative finishes". Still think the six sided ring is more aesthetically pleasing.

Very good opening match between Kaz and Joe. The X division contract 4 way was stunning, in my opinion the second best match of the year so far. Lynn and RVD set the clock back 11 years in a match possibly just as good as the ECW ones, which is amazing considering Lynn is pushing 50. Ultimate X was another entertaining bout with an audience pleasing result. The main event was imo weaker than their past PPV classics, but still one darn good slowburning match.

I liked the Abyss/Kendrick match and the celebration was a nice touch. It did the old david vs. goliath thing quite well and benefited from bump/interference for a change, although the heels made some of the X division guys look jobberish . Tag match was a bit forgettable despite being a decent effort, but a nice addition of a bit of comedy. Not very aware of Mark Haskins, Williams made the match into a sold bout but ImpactZone members didn't react kindly to the younger Brit, probably due to disappointment over the open challenge. Always some moron shouting "USA, USA", which wouldn't matter if it was booked to elicit that response.

Just watched the PPV and enjoyed it immensely.

The 4 way match for the contract was match of the night for me, closely followed by AJ/Daniels.

I loved the chant at the start of the 4-way when the crowd started up with "Ev-ry-Body! clap-clap-clapclapclap".

The the "Sign them all!" chant as well. Which they should.

The Ultimate X match was a bit of a letdown because it seemed to end pretty abruptly as well. But overall a great effort - consistent quality throughout.

Really?! That chant was so stupid. The Impact Zone fans really annoy me at times.

People saying Lynn/RVD was as good as in the 1990's are way overstating it. It was fine considering their age and Lynn's bad back, but it's silly to say it was as good as 13 years ago when both men were at their peak.

But yeah, good show.

Bryan Alvarez, who is mates with/trained Jack Evans, stated you'd get more money teaching gymnastics than the kind of money they'd be getting from TNA. So they may not want to sign.

I don't think anyone has gone as far as to say that in fairness, but yes you are right in what you said.

Still, for a broken down guy pushing 50, being able to put on a match like that is pretty awesome whichever way you look at it.

Oh they annoy the hell out of me, but I just found it quite a witty chant.

About TNA signings

The show was really good bar the Kendrick match, which as I said multiple times, would have a pointless payoff.

If they signed the other 3 straight away it would make the match stipulation look pointless. Im sure we will see them again in TNA,
