It's a shame they rushed the split of Beer Money. They could have spread it out over a couple of months and had them face each other on PPV instead of impact.

A few things whilst I'm on here (it's been a while)
1. Has the writing improved dramatically with Angle revealed as James Storm's attacker. Didn't see that one coming at all. Quote:
2. Did Turning Point air on Challenge? Seem to have missed it altogether, apparently Steiner said something funny.
Again, yes. And Steiner was getting face chants from the crowd all the way through his match, with him responding "shut up!" about twenty times throughout. The fans would respond with "we still love you" and all sorts. Brilliant banter from the crowd. (Did I just say that about an Orlando TNA crowd?)Quote:
3. What was with the "dun dun DUN!" at the end of Tuesday's Impact? Yes, it's a guy's soap opera, but it didn't need to be reminded of it!
Thought it was a mistake the first time, then it happened again last week, and again this past Sunday. It's really... dramatic. And adds nothing.Regarding the recent episode, I'm glad they're making a big deal out of the lingerie stuff. Glad they're defining themselves as something different to the WWE in that way. It's very hard to sit there with your girlfriend watching the programme with you after years of criticising the WWE for just this. I was glad they cut the promo about "hating" doing it. Actually brings meaning to the matches, whereas the WWE do it just for perverted reasons. Course, if you were Karen Jarrett, you wouldn't want to parade attractive women around in lingerie to punish them, would you? That's pretty ridiculous. Didn't enjoy the episode as a whole this week. Roode is showing how uncharismatic he is as a champion, but works well as a heel without it. |

I thought it was a shame that ODB was missing from the undergarment extravaganza.

Cool vignette. At least they're covering previous aspects of the story.

I loved the backstage interview with magnus, although he might as well have stood there and said
' Hi everybody, I won the Explosion tournament but creative have no idea what to do with me! But watch this space as somewhere in the next 12 months they might get around to having a bit of a think about it! ' I do like Magnus, he's technically sound and good on the mic but for some reason he seems to lack the wow factor. They do seem to pin that 'british wrestler mat work' lable on anyone form the uk when he could probably benefit from being a bit more high impact. |

I was a bit surprised Magnus won that tournament, seeing as Crimson was in it as well.
I still maintain they wanted Morgan to win the BFG series, leading to Angle vs. Morgan II at BFG - Morgan wins, but Crimson uses his Xplosion tournament win to challenge him for the belt at the next PPV. And when you think about it, seeing as Morgan and Crimson are in a program at the minute, I strongly suspect they had to change plans because of Morgan's legitimate injury. |

Went to PCW tonight for Nigel McGuinness's retirement show.
Looked like he had fun in the ring, but also looked a bit vacant... like he knew what was happening, but he didn't want it to. (His retirment) He's a true gent too. Wouldn't kiss my Blackburn shirt's badge, but backed the "Steve Kean Out" protest.

Impact was enjoyable last night, some good matches with the main event being particularly strong. Jeff Hardy is fantastic, so glad he's back and hope he can stay clean because he has real star quality.
Bully Ray's interview for the UK tour was one of the most entertaining bits of TV I've seen all year. Best heel in the business bar none. |

BullyRay is the best badass in the business.
His interview with JBorash was the best interview segment of my recent memory. He is brilliant. |

I enjoyed Robbie E with Robbie T versus Robbie VD.
The outcome was rather predictable though. I think they should join forces. With Immortal and Fortune both in tatters The Robbies could become the dominant force in TNA |

I bet Borash HATES doing anything with Bully Ray. The guy gives him such a hard time on-camera, as well as being a stiff worker!

Both the Sunday and the Tuesday editions are now appearing in the Barb Challenge top ten. Viewing figure near 300k providing the same people aren't watching both Sunday and Tuesday.

However out of character Mark LoMonaco is a really nice guy.
I loved how in the promo he was slagging off soccer as a sport for little girls, and yet his favourite sport is soccer!

300k is excellent. Another fan party has been announced too. Venue will be identified today. |

Speaking of Xplosion, Williams is OUT of the tournament, but Magnus has promised him that they'll cash in the Xplosion Championship Challenge shot on the tag titles some time. (UK tour? )

Has TNA improved yet or are they still using Bischoff, Hogan, Sting and Flair for rediculous amounts of on-screen time?
