Leftovers
Do you use left over food?. What do you do with it?
My fav is leftover roast beef dinner. Chop up the beef and vegetables really small, mash the roast spuds , mix the whole lot together with some tomato or brown sauce, fry on high heat for about 5-6 mins till brown, turning once...lovely

Usually just heat it up the next day.
Last week I had gammon with parsley sauce and had some left over so the next day I reduced the sauce, diced the gammon and added a puff pastry lid. |

Most types of leftovers work well in a curry I find.

Yeah, you can have it with something the next night or whenever you're hungry.
