Maybe he should try sleeping at night instead of being on till all hrs of the morning tweeting his American fans, going to training tired is never a good idea!!

Wow Tracey, you don't even know what's happened yet.

I know you cant expect to function or concentrate on a few hrs sleep, lack of sleep = lack of concentration IMO.

sad hes injured but if it turns out to be due to him being tired then im just glad he didnt injure his pro partner too.

I know that, but really it may something like he tripped over the camera track or something. I think you are being a bit negative ;(

Maybe he has insomnia. Going to bed early doesn't guarantee sleep.

Dave Vitty and Vannilla Ice are the DOI representatives (along with Torvill and Dean) for this evening's TV awards on ITV1.

It won't be either of them.

Some people need less sleep than others.

Well Vanilla Ice didnt look that injured in the brief shot of him so guess DOI were overdoing the injury story to get attention, unless of course we see a VT on Sun to prove otherwise.
Dont think I'll be watching now though.

That'll be your loss - I can see your point and I do think its pretty sick to use an injury to try and drum up publicity for the show. But at the end of the day, watching DOI is my TV highlight of the week and although I don't like certain things that are being done with the show, I'm sure I'll still enjoy it on Sunday.

I cannot believe the OP has generated a 3 page (so far) thread on who could be injured and criticised the producer for causing speculation and worry! Is that not what the OP has done ?

As for people going off the show I quote a pros tweet this evening "that is not what the ratings say! I am sorry but if you don't like it then just don't tune in!*

Some people take this show way to seriously

They may say that but they don't actually want us to do that, do they?

No apology needed - as a French teacher the absence of the 'e' must grate.

I should have noticed the absence of the 'e' though I do wonder under what circumstance would one use the masculine singular 'joli.'

Pretty boy perhaps - joli garçon.

I suppose it could be jet lag - adjusting's always a bit of a killer and if he didn't do it in the first few days he was here then he would be up til all hours here

in response to the OP actually as well.

Vanilla tweeted this last night.

"I had a bad fall on the ice today, unconscious, cut my left eye, blood everywhere, went to hospital, got sticked up, 3 hours later at NTA's"

If I was partnered with that idiot a good practice would be one in which he was stretchered off and couldn't compete any more.

I would not wish injury on anybody, but if there was anybody I could remove from this series, it would be Jeff and his pathetic "banter" and smug grin.
