Can somebody tell me how to get "Location" and "Services" appearing on the left under your username? I notice some users have it, and others not. I did try 'profile' and options' but cannot find where to 'edit' this feature

User Profile -> Edit Options (not Edit Profile) is where it is on mine and I'd assumed everyone else's.

You need to be in the Circle of Trust first. Previous problems with people turning up to advertise their bordellos you see.
I guess Yeah_Jackie has passed her 'probationary period' ![]() I will endeavour to be on my best behaviour then. |

Go to User CP at the top, then Edit Profile. Scroll down and fill in the fields and they should appear.

When I signed in last week to become part of this group I used my real name in the box for first and last name thinking there would be a space to fill in for my name on postings on threads. To my chagrin when I have posted it of course gives my first and last name, and given the unusual spelling of my last name I am not a happy camper having it so public.
How can I change this?? I tried to go back in and sign in as "Lady J" but that's not what shows up when I post. :>( So obviously my computer skills need some advice. Please from someone on how to get this fixed so I can have some level of anonymity? |

Your best bet is to get in touch with support & explain what you've done. They'll help you I'm sure.

How do you do that ^ with the link and the word written in blue?? I am both very new, and very old (elderly), so be gentle, please.
![]() ![]() [*URL="http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/contact/"]HERE[*/URL] I have placed asterisks there to show you how it looks. Removing the asterisks - it comes up like this: HERE You can also use lower case url etc. instead of upper case as above. So basically you type in: [ url= insert web address ] Word(s) you want to show in blue [/url] but all in a straight line obviously and without any spaces.

Shouldn't this thread be Pinned or something? It'd be more useful that way than floating around the forum like a lost balloon
