I'd be very much obliged if someone could delete my account for me, I've been trying to find out how for over a week

Contact the mods & ask them to delete your account. No-one else but them can do that.
Alternatively, you could just stop posting.

Sorry haven't read the whole thread so don't know if this has been covered, but can you post images in threads? As in, an actual picture rather than a link to the picture?

Does anyone know how to do nested quotes properly? it doesn't quite work as expected.

Single quote
No problem with the above.

Nested quote - level 1
Nested quote - level 2
Nested quote - level 3
I was expecting this text to be outside the quote box, but it's not. Any ideas?

Nested quotes were 'broken' after the forum revamp.

If definitely seems like they are broken as their behaviour defies all logic.

I don't think we've ever had nested quotes here ?

you can multi-quote but the quotes appear sequentially not nested

As a work around, wrap your quotes in an INDENT block and they should display OK:

This is my text outside the quote block
First level quote
Second level quote
More of my text outside the quote block

Let me try that.

Nested level 1
Nested level 2
Excellent, thanks for that.

Hi everyone, there has been one user who has been sending me abusive messages via PM. Can you tell me how I stop them from doing please?

Thanks.

Just report them to the mods. Or turn your PMS off.

And while I'm here - mods, when is the bloody search facility going to be up and running?
A message board of this size with a defunct search function is quite frankly unacceptable.
