If I want to post one of my own photos from Flickr how do I do it without the link going to my whole Flickr page. Everyone on pets forum seems to be able to post just the photo. Photobucket I have the same problem.

I managed to post one pic from Photobucket on the food forum but admittedly I had only one pic there.

I got a question: why is this thread sliding down the page and not pinned at the top? Am I missing something?

I got another question: Why is it when I post on a thread I kill it dead. I've got a nack for that

Maybe you pick out dead or dying threads. Like this one for example.

Internet Explorer: Right click on the image > Click properties > Copy and paste the web address for the image, I believe it's labelled "Address: (URL)" Firefox: Right click on the image > click on "Copy Image Location" then paste it into your new post on the forum. Let me know if that doesn't work. |

Thanks for reply. Can't seem to do it ... Internet Explorer, when I click on properties and highlight the url, it won't let me copy. Anyway I'll keep trying. I'm fairly sure I'm just being thick.

I own a house in France and get fed up taking my Sky box with me. Is there a satellite system I can install that will allow me to watch football upon demand, preferably subscription free...Interested in English, French, Spainish, Italian and German particularly.

Learned lots already reading this thread - thanks.
How do I quote from one thread into another? If I press 'quote' in thread A I get the reply box in A. If I just copy and paste it into Thread B I don't get the 'quote' box and the links don't copy over as links.

Titanic or the Lion King.
If I didn't "quote" the post first and just did a copy and paste straight off the forum, this is what I would get: Titanic or the Lion King. I don't know if that helps or hinders or if I even got the question right but it's fun trying to solve puzzles
