So lets get this right, I can now kill this bitch if I choose to but if I say in court that "It was an impulsive act" I wont get a jail sentence? Any judge who makes a stupid decision like that is obviously the kind of tosser who would kill an animal as well.
I lost my old boy Solo not long before Christmas after he became really ill. And not a day goes by I don't wish I could go back and see him again and have all the time I had with him back to do over. And then you have people, well she does not even deserved to be classed as a person or a living thing in my eyes really. Has nobody with a beating heart could do this kind of thing. But you have this kind of sickening pathetic excuse for a person gets away with what is not just animal cruelty, or as the legal system looks at it "Taking a the life of a less important species" it is MURDER and should be treated as such.
And what in the hell is banning her from owning pets going to do? The RSPCA who are given the task of monitoring will monitor this bitch for a few months and then forget she exists. Thus in six months I more than guarantee she will have another cat or another animal, which will likely be murdered by her as well for the slightest thing it does wrong.
