New DVD Recorder,Gold Cables, Any Good ?
Hello everyone
I have just bought a DVD recorder and i have connected my video, digibox, other dvd etc etc to the inputs on the recorder, but the input pictures are not Perfect, i have connected everything using bog standard scart and phono Leads, would gold leads improve the quality?? if so does anybody know where i can get some reasonably cheap? Also is Scart to phono better than Phono to Phono?? Ps - where can i get cheap DVD+R's Thanks! Ben |

www.bigpockets.co.uk for cheap media
anyway, phono connections are quite poor, if the dvd recorder also doesn't support RGB then you will not get excellent pictures. Which recorder is it? Dan |

The Compacks recorder does not support RGB input.
The best you can do is use S-Video cables. |
