Ericsson Elm Unlock?

Hello,

Does anyone know anything about unlocking an Ericsson Elm? I have tried a number of shops and they don't seem to know how to do it?

I also have the same mobile as you but cant help you to unlock it.
I would have though that most shops that unlock mobiles would have knowen what to do.
