Oooh are you going to complain? I used to work at ITV and LOVED reading all the viewers complaints. They are all posted on the intranet you see. Hilarious. Gave me something to do at wok all day.

Not exactly a complaint, just an enquiry about something I noticed

Shame - complaints were the best. Although some of the compliments were pretty amusing too.
