I've heard 3 are to stop using Orange as a fall back where they have strong 3G signal??

Anyone been affected?

Most people I think. I live in London and 2G was switched off last year.

I'm on 3 and haven't noticed any difference.

Yup, was with 3 and quite happy - Didn't get any signal at home on 3 but did get the Orange Back-Up until they decided to switch this off!

BUT they did cancel all three of my contracts without a problem... Shame really, I did like the network and the plans - Cost them a lot of money around £1,500!

When I'm outdoors I have a full signal but when indoors i now get 1 or no bars whereas before it would switch to the 2g back up.

Called Three and they said it's not to do with the 2g switch off but a problem with the mast????
