Hi,

I have a strange problem, if I pause a programme and then press pause to continue playing the picture freezes but the programme starts playing again as I can hear the soundtrack. If however I press play to come out of pause I get a moving picture but no sound.
To rectify I have to stop programme and then press play again and all returns to normal.

Only started happening this weekend any thoughts ?

Try a factory reset.

Your recordings are safe but you will need to re-enter the future schedules again. A manual scan will need to be performed to get your non-freesat mode back working and you will also need to ramp the volume of the box up from its default 50% up 100% via the remote. Screen res and aspect will set during the reset process.

Existing recordings won't be affected.

You lose your recording schedule, any changes to default settings (volume output returns to 50% for instance) and any non-freesat channels you may have stored.
