I'm with O2 through Giffgaff, and the
only thing that keeps me with them is the price. The network is dreadful - quite frequently, I find I have no data connection even though I have an excellent 2G signal, and 3G is very patchy too. I work next door to a college and I think the network is just overloaded with all the kids. I wouldn't touch it if I was paying O2's standard rates rather than the ridiculously low Giffgaff ones. My voice calls often resemble shortwave radio, too.
I keep being
almost tempted away - as soon as Giffgaff change their rates, or another network comes up with something comparable, I'll be off like a flash, probably to 3 if they can get their network integration with Orange/T-Mobile sorted out, or to a Voda SIM-only if not.
