My 32" Panasonic Viera tx l32s20b has more freeview artifacts than my 37" txl37s20ba Pansonic. Both the signal quality and strength are the same. The settings are the same. Tried re-setting it. Faulty set? They are 1080p.

On sky news the news reader seems more smooth on the
37" unlike the 32" which is more grainy?

I had a TXL32G20B which was faulty, The TXL32D28B as a far better picture in SD , as I don't watch Sky,I can not comment on that. What are they like in HD,BBC ITV Ch4 etc

Are they both fed with exact same feed, signal & quality is only a guide.

What do you mean by artifacts, it could simply mean it is using a different scaler. These low end panels kind of have parts bought from subcontractors. Panasonics real tv business is plasma.

OP don't take this the wrong way but the "S" series has a screen ( Panel ) in either 32 , 37 or plasma 42 that is not the best in the pana range . Put a X , G or D28 series along side and "S" is dim from cold start & smudgey in fine detail but then it is very good value and many £ under the price of the others .

interestingly the Panasonic TXL32 G series, when measured is only 31 inches. I did the measure test in Currys before I got the TXL32 D28 which is true 32 inches.
