Drama yes but testing? Not so sure. One way round this would be zn illness with a stigma but I can't see EE risking this.
My worry is it's gonna be around Roxy being pregnant. I never minded the baby idea I just hate the idea of it being Roxy's. Due to Syed's beliefs if the bun is in the oven there's not much they can do other than wait. So essentially that's the surrogacy ticked. But the fallout for Chryed and the reactions of both families when they find out could be the main SL. This can be matched up mostly with what Johnny says. Ultimately when the baby is born I'd expect people to come round but they could drag the reactions out and call that a big SL. Not sure how I feel about this. Roxy lurking anywhere near our boys story doesn't fill me with much hope or confidence.
If I'm really pessimistic I can also see a who's the daddy. I don't buy they won't do that to Roxy twice coz theyve done it to Jack and Ricky (Tiff) twice. And not involving Michael in 2 baby stories is also not a given and not an argumemt I buy. Jack had 2 (Mitchell ) women pregnant at once and originally Roxy and Ronnie baby stories would not have overlapped - they might now though coz of swap SL ending early.
I think TPTB may think the gay dad as one of the possible dads is enough of am angle to make it original even though its not.
Much as I really really love Johnny I just think you can angle his answers to fit many scenarios (sneaky!) and his enthusiasm whilst lovely and commendable may mean we end up disappointed. Sorry.
So to sum up I am not too optimistic and am expecting a baby. I'll still watch if course but won't be loving it.
Fully expecting a lot if disagreement with what I've said which is fine. But I just can't wear the optimistic hat till I know more.....

But, more than anything, I'm team anything that's well written, well acted and gives us plenty of screentime!
I don't think we're in for a who's the daddy storyline though. Wish I could say more but really don't think that's the route we're heading towards. I don't want Chryed having anything to do with woodentop Michael Moon to be honest
