Cool, I hope there are a few hidden unreleased gems waiting to surface from these eras 1982-1993 + DVD of videos/TV performances would be nice, The Red Shoes would obviously have The Lion, The Cross and the Curve included

if they do get reissued again (they were reissued a few years ago iirc) I doubt very much whether any unreleased material will surface on them. I'd imagine she views her works as finished projects, tinkering around and adding more to them would just be superfluous - having said that, she did make major changes to Aerial recently (merging all the tracks into one track) and HOL was reissued with bonus material but I suspect this was an EMI decision rather than hers.

I do hope some unreleased songs will be included...a DVD of all of her vids would be great too!

I'm sorry, but 2 albums in 17 years, then nothing for 5 years, and now reissues? Please. I know it's about quality but this is just taking the piss.

I'm disappointed.

I find the current trend of rereleasing frustrating enough as it is. For an artist of Kate's calibre who doesn't need to rely on this kind of marketing, it comes across as selling out.

In a good way, these albums will be on display in music shops and I'd like to purchase them that way, as opposed to using the likes of eBay.

These were the re-issues I mentioned , though I had no idea they were Japanese import. They had them in Fopp (ah, Fopp) when we had a Fopp and they weren't that expensive. They really were quite divine in those reproduced LP sleeves.
