I would say its a toss up between Scott Maslen, Steve John Shepard(Michael Moon) and Neil McDermott - all are pretty poor actors imo.

I'm surprised by that. Everything he does seems very natural to me (the one exception to that being the vomiting incident in the live episode).

The new actress who plays Lauren Branning gets my vote for the worst member of the current cast.

that shouldn't come in to how good of an actor he is cos it was purely the camera's fault and its hard to make yourself sick

There is a lot mediocrity in the soap at the moment.

On the contrary it has the best cast (by far) of any of the soaps.

The worst actor (excluding the young kids) is probably Marc Elliot.

I know she's longstanding but Janine does nothing for me. and got to agree, I think Marc Elliot constantly underacts. Not saying he hasn't got it in him, just that he doesn't seem to give it 100 percent.

I think Charlie Brooks [Janine] is a fine actress.

Toss-up between Steve John Shepherd, Scott Maslen and Neil McDermott for me. They might be good in other things but I just find them all really wooden in EE, and it doesn't help that they play really dull and uninspiring characters.

It's a tie between Max and Jack Branning. In fact the whole Branning unit have become as annoying as the Mitchells were. Get rid of them I say.

Yeah, it might just be the character. Charlie's other work has been amazing and got some fantastic reviews from press/critics in her previous performances.

She played a character on a show ages ago who had given birth to a still born and was praised for her performance. I can't remember the show (Casualty?) or the storyline much, just that she was great and SO different to Janine.

After last night, it has to be Michael Moon.
