I thing st agur is easily the nicest soft blue.
Roquefort is a bit strong for me, and i likevthe flavour of dolcelatte and gorgonzola much less. A good Stilton is hard to beat for a hard blue. |

Garstang Blue is a nice cheese made from Lancashire cheese. I've seen it in Morrisons but the cheese maker, Dewlay also sell it out of their factory shop on the A6, just south of Garstang.

Can't beat a tasty blue cheese with some crackers, a few sticks of celery and a nice glass of red. |

Cheese is my biggest weakness, and I don't care what type it is. You name it, I love it. I'm obsessed. Current favourite cheese is the Black Bomber. It's a really strong cheddar. I actually buy it online as you can get giant wheels of it!! Last xmas I got the cheese board out and I kid you not, I was practically sweating cheese 2 hours later. Cheese is a huge downfall for me!!!

Tonight on Masterchef, one of the finalists made a blue cheese ice-cream, with some other bits and pieces for a dessert. Sounded icky at first but in actual fact I would love to try it!

Blue cheese smells EXACTLY the same as my fathers' athletes foot. I will not go near the stuff, literally.
![]() Ah, there's nothing like the sweet aroma of `Athletes Foot`
