However - this one is dying because it has made the HMs edgy and longing to escape - they put too much aggression in and not enough sparkle

Can't comment on BB1 as I didn't watch it then. Agree with last poster - this one is dying. Started off well then day 20 kicked off, since then BB has been too safe not evil.

This is my first encounter with BB altogether, so can you enlighten me? In fact, who was the most controversial HM in BB history (on the DGBB forum, that is).

1) Yes ... perhaps even more. Tickle was the poster boy for Internet geeks.

2) Have you got a spare lifetime?

I didn't watch BB1 so I'm going to leave it out of my list

BB2 - my all time favourite and in my view cannot be beaten.
BB5 - I am getting bored with it now and haven't really watched it properly for a week or so, but it is still better than the previous 2 years.
BB4 - Was OK, not as boring as most people say, but not very exciting either.
BB3 - Hated it was a vengance.

1. BB5 - for sheer entertainment value!
2. BB4 - I quite liked the calm
3. BB1 - before we knew what to expect
4. BB3 - for Alex
5. BB2 - because it's the only one left!

1. BB1 - the originality.
2. BB2 - Brian Dowling's sense of humour made this series.
3. BB5 - Too many weeks without housemates nominating.
4. BB3 - hated the rich/poor divide - GIMMICK!!!
5. BB4 - boredom personnified.
