basically the network share (when you can use tmobile too) sends an update to your sim and its failed, either the update was corrupt or the network share dosent work on your phone, call then and as for a new sim update to be sent
We are unable to confirm the reason for this error message being displayed. It is likely to be as Sky suggested. Changes have recently been made to allow all Orange customers access to use T-Mobile services for calls and texts and if you have not previously signed up for this service then changes will have been made to your account.
