I remember that back in the day Princess Diana requested to meet her because she thought it was great how she was highlighting the plight of children in need. I dont know if they ever met though.

I think with the exception of Sally's stabbing and departure, they have ruined her character these past few years. She is just there and serves no real purpose. Her last stint was to prove she still had a place on the show without Sally but I think she had one scene with Miles and she should have been spending so much time with him. I just thought it was pointless. I dont think a new viwer would appreciate her.
