May have been a Predictable end, ya just knew Susan was in on it, but the getting there, was a lot of fun.
Some Kono action; Priceless. Kamekona vs Danno.... ![]() I really didn't think that grenade would go off. ![]() "I'll Be Back" And was that an app, Steve had, with all the Guns...

New Hawaii Five O is ace. One of the best programmes on TV for me at the moment.
Great action scenes, good cast (inc. great chemistry between Danno and Steve), beautifully shot. Even the Mrs enjoys it! |

Is it me or does Danno wave his arms about a lot?
Not that I mind, they are very impressively hairy arms.

That's what Danno thought, jokingly....'bro', i think he said.
![]() I love all these little bits of the culture. Like the Tsunami episode when he was teaching Grace about King Kamehameha I. |

The last few episodes have been a lot better than that long run of so-so episodes after episode 2. Surprising twists which kept you guessing as to what was going to happen next.
Get annoyed though when they keep squashing the end credits to the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Although when I watched a recording of a Monday night repeat, the end credits were un-squashed. |

. That really annoys me, too.We know what's coming up next so they should leave the credits alone |

That really annoys me, too.We know what's coming up next so they should leave the credits alone If people are watching Hawaii Five-0 through Sky they could check the Sky listings screens to see what is coming up next on Sky 1, Sky 2 and Sky Atlantic for example. Or check listings magazines or the newspaper. It just seems like they're repeating stuff which can be found elsewhere. But you could already know in advance from the last few days what is on next. With the quality of the writing and storytelling improving since the episode where James Marsters returned, I've been looking forward to watching Hawaii Five-0 each week. |

Slightly anti climatic end to the main plot this week I think. Seems that Danny's brother was more of the main focus.

I thought so too. This episode was a bit unsatisfying for me and I don't know why. There seemed to be a lot of driving to places but because Danny was with his brother/wife/daughter for the episode there wasn't much banter.Maybe the brother thing will be continued later.

Great episode.
Steve lied to the FBI about Danny's brother and I loved the fact that he did that.Matt was a bit of a moron but Danny had to try & help him.
Danny & Rachel still have feelings for each other and she knows him so well that it was right that Danny sought comfort from her. Love this series

Love this series ![]() I love the series but didn't love this particular episode. This is the first one I didn't really, really love. It's really weird but Danny's brother/wife really jarred with me, he was totally hamming it up, I guess to make him seem like Danny's brother. With Scott Caan, that manicness and intensity seem real, but with the brother, it just seemed really fake. His wife drives me nuts too, I know she's meant to be cool, elegant and British, but she's just so bland, there's never any emotion in her. I don't know if it's just the way she's been written, or if the actress really is that vacant.

My favourite scene in the episode..
Steve throwing his head back & laughing over the story Matt was telling about his & Danny's childhood antics. It was great to see Steve & Danny so relaxed for a change

Yeah, Steve lied to the FBI for Danny, who thanked him as he left, so all's fine there

I thought McGarret told the FBI the wrong place for Danno's brother. Danno's bro was at the airport, not getting ready to board a ship, as McGarret said. So, all should be OK. Right?
But hope things are OK with them....

It is rubbish.
Treats viewers as simpletons who know nothing. Even worse than CSI which has professional explaining to professional what terms mean... |

Thank goodness its been renewed- can't live without my gratuitous male chest shots!
