The banter between Steve & Danny was adorable Steve teased Danny with all the classified info & Danny could only surmise that Steve would be wearing cargo pants---and he was right

The Kono/Adam story was very interesting and I hope it continues.Grace Park was at her best in this episode, especially in the scene when Chin deduced that it was Adam she was all aglow about.I love the relationship the cousins have.

Steve's fight with Wo Fat was amazing and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time the two of them were trying to evade their hunters.SuperSEAL is back

How upset did Danny get when the CIA told him that Steve's plane didn't exist and he should forget about the murdered agent? I would bet that Danny would follow through on his threat if anything had happened to Steve.Loved the emotion from Danny in that scene.

The hugs were great to see & when Steve threw his arm around Danny at the end I thought that was more a hug between Alex & Scott than their characters

I'm looking forward to next week's finale but that means no more Hawaii 5-0 for awhile

enjoyed the episode, full of action and banter between steve and danny. kono's relationship with the head of the yakuza will be interesting if they continue with it. the look on wo fat's face suggest he will be out of jail sooner rather than later maybe shelbourne will be involved in some way next week in that capacity. I expect some sort of unexpected twist next week with regards to wo fat/steve and shelbourne that will carry on into the next series.

Cannot believe its the finale next weekend, this series has gone way too fast and has been excellent.

I don't think Wo-Fat will be in jail for long and I don't think we'll get a Shelbourne conclusion till the start of the next series. Think there will be a big twist in the finale.

I was quite moved by the end scene - it felt like they were glad to be reunited in real life, as well as in their on screen personas.
Yep quite a good episode - I've not enjoyed the Wo Fat element of the story as much this season, because every time it comes up, Steve has taken off to go all Rambo with Joe, and the rest of the team get sidelined a bit!
But last night's ep had some good, edge of seat stuff and the ending was great.

I rewatched the episode again last night & I loved the music in the scenes where the CIA guy helped Danny escape. It only lasted a few minutes but I thought it was gorgeous.

I really enjoy this series. Its great Sunday night fodder as was the original series which I can remember watching with my parents.

I thought the NCIS crossover was great and the team had great chemistry.

It was nice to see Alex back and looking so good.

I too enjoyed the chemistry between Steve and Danny.
Didn't think there was much of a connection with the characters from the NCIS LA in the crossover episode.

Maybe this week we will discover who or what Shelbourne finally is

Mine, too! I loved how Danny was all brash & in-your-face one minute then almost overcome with emotion when Steve's life was in danger Scott Caan was so intense in that scene and he definitely gets his acting chops from his Dad

While I wasn't that surprised that Shelbourne turned out to be someone very close to Steve, I was shocked that Chin's troubled past resurfaced & he ended up having to choose between saving his wife or his cousin.I didn't expect that!

The killing of Fryer was also a surprise & I enjoyed the cat & mouse chase with the shooter. The pace was frenetic & tense---especially the moment when Steve used his own body to stop Chin being shot by the woman. The reaction from Danny was priceless

The 'carguments' were very bromantic and I could watch those two read the phone book

I wonder who will play Steve's mother? Someone who scares Wo Fat? The casting is sure to be interesting!

Loved the final episode, one of the best of the whole series. I didn't see the ending coming! Hope Kono survives her swim. and that Danny doesn't lose Grace.

what an end to the series, had thought shelbourne would be steve's dad so the twist with it being his mum was brilliant.

chin having to choose between kono and his wife, if kono survives(i assume she will) the dynamic between them will be different dont think she will be too happy that chin was willing to let her die. Maybe Chin is hiding something else that makes him a dirty cop?

Wow what a Final

Billy Baldwin play's the perfect slimy, dirty, vengeful ex-cop now convicted was very good. So he was behind everything that happen last night.
From the start with someone taking photos of kono, chin and malia and danny which was spooky and Fryer being killed to the end it was great.

Loved the manhunt with all the action, car chase and blowing up the police station and finding out it is a woman who was one brutally mean bitch, hartless killer. The shoot out in the vet's office very intense and when steve got shot the reaction from danny and the rest of the team

Loved the cargument with danny trying to get one back on steve just loved it with his private phone call.
The Cliff Hangers
Kono I think will be ok but could be some confusion with the others if she is alive or not
Malia I think will die and that will make chin have a break down with Malia dead and Kono missing it good story line.
Danny wished he was given a different and stronger story line than with the custody issue
Steve The look and emotion of steve's eyes when he said mum said it all well acted. I hope they get a very good actress to play his mum, she has to be strong to take on Wo Fat.

The fab 4 have no idea what is happening with each other at the end so now they are apart again

Like last weeks Plane Crash...and this week with the Police Station explosion....All very silly, and as far away from reality as you can go....but I loved every minute of it...From Kono on the Beach....the Hit Women, to Steve & Danno, still having time for some Banter...and the Cliffhanger ENDINGS.

And a first......Steve Knocks on a Door....

Had this on planner from a few weeks back and had no idea it was a linked episode with a programme I DONT watch....

So it needs NCIS LA Ep 21 Touch of Death.. for conclusion......

So its a few weeks ago, and NOT on Anytime+ or Sky GO

How the hell do I see the outcome?

They could at least warn the viewer prior to a series crossover...

To be fair, they did. It was quite heavily promoted at the end of the episodes the week before the cross over and throughout the week in the lead up as well as at the start of the cross over episode. It’s just one of those things that happens when you watch things several weeks behind unfortunately.

I don't know if it was just me - and I do like this show - but this seemed like a hotch potch of outtakes from previous episodes all thrown together into one episode. There was no continuity, no coherent story, It was just all over the place

Too much plot stuffed into too little time.....lots of ways to solve that.

It wasn't just you - I had similar feelings about it
I actually felt the episode the week before would've made a better finale - it was just perfect
I'm not one for thinking that there always has to be a season ending cliff hanger in shows - as long as they leave you looking forward to the next season because they're so enjoyable then that's good enough, imo.
I didn't hate it but it did feel like they tried too hard to give everyone their own dramatic ending and finished up cramming
too much in, plus, as I think mandyblue said, they really need to come up with a different story for Danno.
It sounds crazy but it all seemed so similar to last season's ending.
Having said all that, I'm glad it's coming back for a third series

I thought the finale was really good, loved the fast paced editing. The scene where they were running out of the HPD building was shot excellently.

But I did feel like the last 5 minutes came out of no where and were simply tagged on to create a cliffhanger, particularly the whole Chin ultimatum.
