That was a really Great Final just loved it.
I think season 3 has been good loved it reminded me of season 1 and a lot better than season 2 which was terrible. A good crime drama The Steve / Wo Fat cliffhanger I think the CIA are coming to get him, because at the end of season 2 they wanted him dead. Loved Steve getting into Doris face and all about her lying to him. No matter how much Steve distrust his mum he doesn't want her to leave again. The ex boyfriend the navy guy Billy could turn out to be bad guy, trouble for cath or trying to get to steve through cath or maybe new team member gor the group while Kono is gone, Kono story line might be like at the beginning of season 2 where she was under cover for about 5 weeks, we will see her with adam helping him out try to keep him safe from the Yakusa .Poor Adam is going to have to live with killing his brother. Liked their interaction between the group on the Docks was sad. Chin on the phone to Leilani was a good touch at least chin was happy now, Nice ending betwween Danny and Gabby. Wo Fat make up was really good and some of his lines were funny, when Steve said he could go out side. Wo Fat said he burt easly. We have to wait now to see how Steve gets himself and Wo Fat out of his cell and prison. Can not wait to see what happen in season 4 |

I'm thinking the guys trying to get to Wo-Fat are somehow related, to Billy and thats why he has suddenly dropped back in, and would go some way to explaining that slightly odd scene between him and Catherine. I wonder if he was trying to separate her from Steve to protect her from the fallout from this Op to get to Wo-Fat..... guess we have to wait until next year!
As I am faaaaar to young to remember, do any of the current stories themes etc bare any resemblance to the original series?? |

To answer your question, other than Wo Fat being the name of the villain in the original series too, the storylines bare no resemblance. Much like the Five-O team, the characters names are the same but the characters are quite different, and Kono was originally a man. |

She is stunning - mind you there don't seem to be many women in Hawaii who aren't, if H50 is to be believed

Of course, Grace Park has made a career out of playing female roles that were originally men, having played Boomer in the reimagined Battlestar Galactica. |

Yup, January start date again, (same for NCIS:LA and Glee no doubt.) This is due to the production breaks the US has. Sky tried the "Days after the States" trick but it just meant we were kept waiting for a couple weeks at a time. At least starting in January we should get a relatively straight run through.

Wo Fat I think has corrupted more than the ex-governor and needs silencing. |

Do the CIA have shoot outs with Army/National Guard and win (those military types guarding Wo Fat.)

Wo Fat I think has corrupted more than the ex-governor and needs silencing. ...The whole bent CIA/Secret organisations lark was done a whole lot better by Alias, Nikita, and recently by the wonderful (and now very topical) Person of Interest. I think H50 needs to return to being a buddy cop show, also featuring the wonderful local scenery of Kono and Catherine, and the Hawaiian Islands

I enjoyed this episode too and was shouting at Danny for interrupting Steve and Doris meeting about Wo Fat.
They have to be half-brothers. I couldn't bear to look at the burns on Wo Fat's face - well done to the make-up dept for that one. Really felt for Adam towards the end. Didn't feel sorry for Kono at all - I don't think she is a great actress at all. What about Charlie. He wasn't mentioned again A bit annoyed we didn't see to see the guy who runs the Sushi bar. I kept saying the wee man who runs the bar and my husband pointed out wee man he's massive |

The ending seemed a little tacked on....esp. compared to last seasons Kono v's Chin's missus dilemma.
"The show has been renewed for another year, better add the last minute on". The interesting question will be does it make a 5th especially given its audience in the US is falling away. |

The renewal for a 4th season was guaranteed as that gives CBS enough episodes for syndication in the US and it had already been pre sold to one of their pay channels.
