Another good episode loved it
The crime of the week was good had some twist to it Loved the beginning with the football scene with everyone playing and Danny being jealous of Grover being there and asking Steve why. Loved when Steve's phone told him the turkey had to go in the oven. Then getting home and finding Mary had not defrosted the Turkey. Carol Burnett was very good as Aunt Deb The jail scene at fist was funny about her being arrested for buying marijuana then got very sad when Deb told Steve about the Brain Cancer. Alex is very good actor at showing his emotions when needed on the show. Loved the Bromance moment between Steve and Danny. When Steve asked Danny for some advise about Deb illness. Sharpshooting skills must run in the family for Chin and Kono. Baby Joan was fun at the end with Deb singing Kono Heading back to the USA going to Seattle to find Adam getting closer to home. |

Danny's ex wife went to live in Vegas with her husband and Danny got custody of Grace. I think the actress who plays Danny's ex wife is busy doing other things.
yeah I knew the character moved on, I just wondered why they dropped the plot point so suddeny;. Never mind, if she gets less busy they'll bring her back before the end of the series. |

Fascinating episode, i thought. Makes a change from the US military can do no wrong sort of vibe which tends to pervade these shows (even if they did cop out with the ultimate murderer in the end). The treatment of Japanese Americans after Pearl Harbour was quite an eye opener.

I thought it was a very moving episode. The opening, with actual old footage followed by the attack, was very well done.
Pearl Harbour is a haunting, spiritual place. So many died that day.... The ending, where David gave Steve his Grandfather's baseball mitt, was very touching. |

I was a little un-sure when it started. Thought it would be a waste of an ep. Then I lost towards the end too

Best episode of the series so far for me, not a typical 5-0 episode and not as one would expect pro-american army

A brilliant and fantastic episode on Sunday night. The ending was very touching with the Baseball mitt that was Steve's Grandfather very sad.

The producers of Hawaii 5-0 have been very patriotic about the US military from the start.Sunday's episode was a tribute to the US Navy who lost so many brave men in the attack on Pearl Harbour.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one to get a little teary-eyed at the end.The actor who played David was wonderful. |

I thought that Pearl Harbour episode was the worst so far. Mind numbingly boring.
The show is really going downhill, not sure I'll stick with it much longer tbh. |

Would it have been too hard to put these other comments in spoiler tags makes it rather obvious what the spoiler is now for people like myself that didn't want to know.

A very good episode last night
I liked the crime this week and it took most of the story witch makes a change. Loved lots of chin this week. Poor chin he must of had a headache being pulled down these stairs. A violent attack on chin but I loved how he got out of it at the end. Gary Natham very creepy serial killer who kept a finger from each of his victams as a memento in the safe, and that look that Steve gave when looking in the safe you know what was there with out seeing the fingers. Loved every thing about the Japanese Puzzle Box washed up on the beach. Danny and grace time together. Danny trying to open the box in the car and Steve just did it. Danny and grace going to Japan to find the father. Danny and the dog At the end I wish they were all together celebrating Christmas and not doing separate thing. It was good seeing Chin with Leil after what he went through. Kono story is very boring I wish she and Adam would break up. The fans who are missing Kono will be back in Hawaii with the boys next week. The First half of this season has been very good, lets hope the second half is as good. |

Meh! I assumed she'd be back at some point so it's not really that much of a spoiler

Rollin's felt like an underused character anyway, though Kono's relationship plot is hardly riveting, too.
I enjoyed that episode. James Urbaniak played the killer quite well in my opinion, quite different from his Rusty Venture role. Didn't get the reason for the box plot, though. |

I think the storyline between her and Adam is getting boring now. Wonder when Nick Jonas will make another appearance because I don't think that case was wrapped up especially when he was able to hack into the ATM Steve was using at the end of that particular episode. Glad to see the big guy back again (sorry don't know his name just that he runs the restaurant). He hasn't been in many of the episodes for this series. |

Fans of Michelle Borth might like to know that she’s also currently starring in ‘Tell Me You Love Me’ on Sky Atlantic on Friday nights. But its VERY adult! Don’t watch if you don’t want to see her fully naked, and I mean FULLY NAKED (nice little bush!). I can’t look at her in Hawaii Five O the same way now! LOL

It struck me as more public information sort of stuff (one week the treatment of Japanese Americans after Pearl Harbour, now the still unresolved fate of many of the victims of the tsunami).
