Last weeks episode, I thought they were doing some sort of homage to 'Lost'! Did I miss an explanation somewhere? How on earth does a plane get landed on an island without leaving a trail of e.g. damaged trees behind it?? Given there was a prisoner onboard you have thought they'd have been a big air search which would maybe have seen such damage ......

I think I must be the only person who actually likes Adam and Kono. Ian Anthony Dale is gorgeous and Grace Park with her beautiful warm smile is simply … wow !!! The best couple in the show. Why do people say their story line is boring? What could be more boring than the long drawn out on/off relationship between Steve and Catherine?

I don't mind the Adam/Kono sub-plot. My main problem with it is that it's a bit dark and depressing which is counter to the general mood of the show. Also, I'm not overly keen on Adam. He's always been presented as a little untrustworthy or underhanded so it's hard to really get behind their relationship.
I like the Steve and Catherine thing though. Catherine has been around as Steve's on/off love interest since the beginning of the show and their current separation is both tragic and looking like it's related to some deeper mystery which I'm eager to have resolved. I think there's still room for a happy ending for Steve and Catherine but I'm not even sure if I want Kono and Adam to stay together at this point! |

I used to like Adam in season 2 and 3 when he has a good story line, when I thought he could be a bad guy. From season 4 onwards he has been like a puppy in love following Kono around. Kono has to protect him, mend the car do everything for him. Adam has become a weak character with not much story going on. |

Episode 6.08 the last episode was quite a good episode. The crime of the week had lots of twists and turns along the way.
Con man Hank was charming and fooled Steve and Danny. When Steve and Danny were in that house and heard the gun go off and came out and saw Hank with the dead body I know he was the bad guy. All the story lines this week lead back to Gabriel. Inspector Abby Dunn from San Francisco police has come to see how Five 0 runs in Hawaii. I think by the way Chin and Abby look at each they are going to be a love interest Adam like Chin and Danny has killed someone who was unarmed at the time in cold blood . Adam did not need to kill that second man on the ground. What is going to happen now that he has gone to the police. |

After watching the first 8 episode of season 6 I think the THEME this season 6 is LOVE. The love life's of Steve, Danny, Chin and Kono and how the team need each other.
Kono and Adam with all the trouble Adam is having will their love be strong enough fro them to say together and be happy. Kono will need Steve, Danny and Chin to get through with what is happing with Adam. Danny's love is for his children and what he is going through with his ex wife and new Son and Grace becoming a teenager Steve thinks Catherine dose not love him and has gone off. He is dealing with his feeling and trying to move on and you can see he is having trouble doing that. I am hoping some where down the line Steve find out Catherine has gone on a mission maybe to protect Steve which is why Cath could not tell Steve where she was going. Chin looks like he is ready to fall in love again will it be Abby and will they have a happy ending. As Abby is from San Francisco I don't think so. |

The case of the week with Kamekona was really good. The Couples Therapy was just OK
Taylor Wily who plays Kamekona was really good and loved the background on him and young Kamekona looked like him as well. I liked how Kamekona connected with Chin and became a HPD Confidential informant and took Chin Advice and became someone with a business. I wish Steve and Danny were part of this Story line. Steve and Danny attending a couples retreat was really stupid but it had a few laughs. I think Steve just wanted to just have fun for the weekend playing golf and relaxing and having a drink. Getting bored with the same arguments with Danny negative thinking and Steve driving his car all the time Steve attempt at hooking up with Alissa the blond on the plan and after the date coming back drunk with lip stick all over his mouth and then getting into bed with his clothes on and falling a sleep with Danny trying to talk to him. Adam and Gabriel has become very boring. I want to know where has our SUPER NAVEL SEAL from season 1 - 4 has gone. Steve is not that now |

I agree with pretty much all of that. Danny's jabbering always annoys me and Steve's treatment of him is pretty objectionable most of the time. I've never really warmed to that relationship and the therapy stuff was mostly rather obvious and unfunny comic relief.
Kamekona's story was really good though. I used to Like Steve and Danny as partners in seasons 1 - 3 but from season 4 onwards Danny became More miserable, Nasty, Unkind and Aggressive to Steve about his family and Steve being a Navy Seal calling him names that I don't like Danny anymore. I prefer Steve to be partners with Chin, Grover or Kono I don't miss Danny when he is not on the show I think it is better without him. |

After a slow start the episode got better and turned into good episode
Based on a true World War 11 Story of Japan Fire Balloons being sent to populated areas to explode and kill civilans. But the Japan's solder could not go through with it as he fell in love with a local girl. When Jerry was telling that story to Steve and looking in that book I think Steve was think about Catherine and what people do for love. I love Caro Burnett as Aunt Deb and sad that she died in this episode Loved Mary with little Joan Loved Debs Bucket list. Deb driving Steve's Truck with lights and sirens with Joan chanting Puke, Puke, Puke. Loved the shopping spree and little Joan looked cute in the dresses. Loved how Steve and Mary with little Joan did the last thing on the list and climbed the tall mountain with Debs ashes. Making Pancakes was cute the scene where Steve found Deb in bed was well done and very sad WOW for Chin and Abby |

I really didn't like that whole Grover off-the-rails thing. I had no sympathy for what he was doing at all. It was crazy and stupid and I don't see how he can possibly get a conviction out of it. A confession under duress would never have been admissable and I don't see how the evidence of the money would ever be admissable given that it was found via an illegal search with no warrant
![]() Grover is almost certainly going to be sent to jail (he certainly deserves to be) and that will do his wife and kids no good at all. I just couldn't get my head around it ![]() The Kono and Chin thing wasn't particularly satisfying either. I would have much preferred it if it had been them who got themselves out of the situation rather than just meekly let themselves be pushed around until Steve shows up. Surely once they knew they were about to get killed they'd have risked throwing themselves at their assailants instead of just turning their backs and waiting to die! Not the best of episodes... |

^ I agree entirely with this.
Also, why didn't they just shoot them in the leg and then rush them or something

A fun Valentine's Day episode
I could have lived without the clips of classic cartoons and television shows. I thought the crime of the week fit well into the background while the team teased each other about their valentine dates going wrong, all the team were working on one crime. I loved Chin Story best could his towel be any shorter and what is Abby up to. Steve story I don't like Lynn and when he deleted Cath number from his phone makes me think we will be hearing about Cath again this season I hope so. After being together for 6 years Steve would know her number off by heart so he can still contact Cath if he wants. Steve still dose not look happy trying to move on. Loved the banter through out the episode with Steve and Danny Poor Kono having to spend valentine day a lone while Adam is still in prison. So in this episode 2 story lines continued Steve about trying to move on from Catherine What is Abby up to she lied to Chin as she is still in Hawaii. |

Just catching up. I thought Lou had to be finished after what he did in Chicago. Yet there he was like nothing had changed (except for the suit). I guess we'll see....

H50's lack of continuity is becoming ridiculous.
I’m still waiting for the follow-up to the episode three or four weeks ago which ended with Gabriel visiting Adam in prison and threatening him saying that he had people outside his house and that if he didn’t ring them in 10 minutes, “she’s” dead. Kono is clearly still very much alive and it’s been quite a long 10 minutes since then! And, yes, I agree, Grover’s behaviour was outrageous. |

Adam obviously agreed to whatever Gabriel asked of him so he made the call and the people outside the house left as if they were never there I'm fairly sure they will return to this at some point once Adam does whatever Gabriel wanted of him. The Grover stuff though yeah no Idea what that was about, unless he never told the team what he did but even still the Chicago PD wouldn't of just let him go like that Was bizarre they way they just went back to that case a year after it occured, why did Grover suddenly decide to hop on a Plane to Chicago and confront his old friend with no new evidence or anything just the hunch he had some money somewhere. |
