Hi guys,

I seem to be having some problems with my Desire - if I am using the internet (not when I'm on wifi) and its in an area with just a G or 3G connection - it seems to take absolutely ages to load the website and then it will just reboot itself! It also does this for some reason when I am in some apps. Today it went completely metal and just kept rebooting itself.

I'm guessing I may need to do a factory reset but how do I back up everything on my phone first - my apps, all the settings on the 7 screens etc. I know HTC sync backs up contacts but all mine are saved in gmail so I guess I can just sync with that but I don't really wanna loose everything else!

I'm not the best with computers etc so step by step help would be great!
