Very poor for Outcasts really - it didn't even get an initial sample audience which I was expecting for it. It's certainly not great, but when I watched it on iPlayer earlier, I was expecting it to be worse than it was given the slating its had. I definitely prefer it to Survivors already, which granted, isn't saying an awful lot. Looks good too. Anyway, I think anyone who does like it will have to make do with 8 episodes after last nights figures.
Channel 5 the main beneficiary at 9pm - thats an excellent audience. Looking forward to seeing what BFGW can do to the limp opposition tonight. More than BBC One and ITV1 combined? There's a chance... |

Can people give me a hand here please, I have a few questions?
1) The new ITV1 schedule with Harry Hill, You've been framed and push the button, anyone know it and how it relates to BBC1 2)The failure of 3@three on ITV1. A stupid name. What happened to it? Ratings? 3) The format of brand new The Secret Fortune this Saturday on BBC1 Most appreciated for a newcomer |

US Ratings - Monday 7th February
ABC:
8pm – The Bachelor – 9.74m (3.1) 10pm – Castle – 9.26m (2.5) CBS: 8pm – How I Met Your Mother – 10.11m (3.8) 8.30pm – Rules of Engagement – 9.48m (3.2) 9pm – Two and a Half Men – 15.13m (4.4) 9.30pm – Mike & Molly – 12.74m (3.6) 10pm – Hawaii Five-O – 10.86m (2.8) FOX: 8pm – House – 12.32m (4.3) 9pm – The Chicago Code – 9.40m (2.4) NBC: 8pm – Chuck – 5.42m (1.7) 9pm – The Cape – 4.56m (1.3) 10pm – Harry’s Law – 9.14m (1.7) CW: 8pm – 90210 – 1.78m (0.9) 9pm – Gossip Girl – 1.63m (0.8) NETWORKS: #1 - CBS - 3.5 - 11.53m (Down 20% in demo from same night last year) #2 - FOX - 3.4 - 10.86m (Down 19%) #3 - ABC - 2.9 - 9.58m (Down 19%) #4 - NBC - 1.6 - 6.37m (Down 11%) Tvbythenumbers Some pretty bad y-o-y figures for the first Monday of February Sweeps after a good start last Thursday. For CBS, it's more straightforward. They've been down on Mondays all season due to lower ratings for Hawaii Five-O in CSI: Miami's old slot and lower ratings for Mike & Molly in The Big Bang Theory's old slot. But the same night last year CBS had a post-Superbowl lift so even Two and a Half Men was down over 20%. House was up 16% from its last original but still down from last year and the premiere of The Chicago Code was underwhelming to say the least and well below what 24 had last year. But at least it was 85% better than Lonestar! The Bachelor continues to trail last season by around 20-25% each week and Mondays continue to be awful for NBC. Despite Harry's Law posting a 42% improvement vs The Jay Leno Show last year, declines for Chuck (-26%) and The Cape vs Heroes (-38%) left NBC down. A 1.6 average for 3 hours of scripted is terrible. Over on The CW, 90210 beat Gossip Girl in viewers & A18-49. In the target W18-34 demos, GG had 1.8 and 90210 had 1.5. |

http://www.myfamilyontv.com/about-us Seven of the 22 were shown last summer, with another two joined together as one on Christmas Eve. PS Does Bruce Forsyth do the ratings reports?: http://www.myfamilyontv.com/news/ser...ngs-highlights |

Outcasts needs a better 2nd episode and hope that many of last nights viewers were very forgiving of the opener.
Otherwise, it could be beaten by 'fat people losing weight' on the other side next week.

Has this been mentioned, new ITV1 pilot gameshow.
CONTROL with CHRISTINE BLEAKLEY Christine Bleakley hosts CONTROL, a brand new primetime gameshow pilot for ITV1. Teams of contestants have the chance to win some serious cash - all they have to do is answer some seemingly simple questions. But there’s a catch; the man asking them the questions wants them to win NOTHING. That man is CONTROL. Sounds like a variation on The Chase. I don't think she's suited to a gameshow. |

Its extremely presumptious to assume that had it run in the winter it would have got higher viewing figures. I note that no reference was made to the Doc Martin opposition being repeats?

ESPN asked viewers to choose which friendly they wanted shown live on Wednesday night.
France vs Brazil won, so that's on at 7.45pm, with Germany vs Italy following at 10pm. http://tv.espn.co.uk/GB/ESPL/tv-schedule |

Last night on twitter.com their 'top trending topics' had Outcasts 3rd.
Tonight it isn't in the top 10, and BFGW is number 3. |

Tonight it isn't in the top 10, and BFGW is number 3. I don't think Channel 4 will ever have a better chance again to get a 10m+ consolidated rating (inc. +1) than tonight. Gypsy Weddings is likely to experience some kind of boost from last week's 7.5m overnight rating with no Silent Witness opposition and bearing in mind it's been timeshifting 1.5-2.0m per episode, a 10m+ (inc. +1) official rating is a real possibility if it manages to get into the low or preferably mid 8's in the overnights tomorrow. Note: I know someone will come along and say that +1 shouldn't be added, which is absolutely fine, but it appears that the media are factoring in +1 when reporting its consolidated ratings: recent articles by Guardian and Broadcast have its +1 included consolidated figures being reported, and even BBC News has mentioned a +1 included rating from last week. |
