Ouch!!! My ears I didn't rate chiicken/mohican guy

Well, I thought Nigel had said that the SanFran auditions would be the best yet, so if they are, then we certainly haven't seen any more better than the other auditions IMO.

I switched on to hear Stefano, and really, he's the only one I liked. Emily-Ann's voice would get on my nerves, so I agreed with Steven, but I get that the judges would want a singer-songwriter type through.

Wooo...Hollywood Week - at last! Thank God

Hi come back and play with me and Megs every week.

I provide mature and insightful comment and he's usually drunk

Oh yes, and we get all the tantrums too, when they fight over who they want in their little groups and someone cries over being left out

Funny, but the only one that always comes to mind from previous HWs is Nathaniel, the diva with the headband, who wasn't particularly good either. Think it was S7 or S8. He flounced all over the place

Weeeelll..... I completely loved Emily-Anne Reed. That is my type of music - especially the guitar song. Loved the way she sang 'Please pick me judges'.

My fave was the girl with the guitar, so cute!

The guy at the end was really good aswell, still, Casey Abrams gave the best audition overall for me, looking forward to Hollywood tomorrow night.

Nathaniel Marshall??

He was indeed in Season 3, he got to the Semi-Finals but was eliminated at that stage

Have to say I have never laughed so many times during AI - Steven Tyler is an absolute hoot - love him and don't miss Simon at all (well maybe just a little, but as almost everybody else has said, he looked totally uninterested, bored during the last couple of seasons so it was definitely time for him to move on)

Yay Hollywood starts tonight!

I did like her, just no sure I could listen to her over a prolonged period of time. Didn't mind the girl with the nice sparkly shoes, although a wee bit generic for my taste.

Didn't see all the auditions, deliberately switched off before the last man, simply can't stand a sob story followed by someone shrieking at me (I had heard the audio of the audition)

Yeah, I've dipped in and out of the auditions more then I usually do down to the new judges, but Hollywood's where it starts shaping up for me.

It's the same with X-Factor

I loved Emily Ann Reid. That Columbian girl with the glitter shoes was ok but I get pretty turned off by sob-stories, especiall since its obvious that the girl has been in the US for quite a while but made it sound like her family fought the guerillas every day.
I know Emily Ann Reid's house burnt down but she saved herself with the unique voice!

I let her off as she was quite matter of fact about it and I didn't spot one tear - plus she looked a very decent guitar player, which is always a plus in my book.

Was she the Paloma Faith soundalike? She was very good, I thought.

I too am fed up with the endless sob stories. Too OTT.
