Aliona needs to be paired with Matthew love those two together! Nothing against jared in fact spoke to him at Birmingham just a tad young for my taste and too short for Aliona!

This is a tougher question than it first appears, because it's not simply 'who are your favourite pros?', but 'who do you want back', which is slightly different.

Strictly is a great springboard for pro dancers to move into other areas (if dressing up in silver lycra and a crash helmet is something to which you aspire, for example), so there are a few dancers I like to watch but who would be better off doing other things. And it's nice to introduce new dancers (as we found this year with Artem, Robin and Jared) even if they don't always work out (Hayley Holt, I'm looking at you).

There are some who have blotted their copybook sufficiently that they will never be invited back, however much we might miss them, and others (Matt, Ian, Darren) who gritted their teeth and suffered the indignity of the dance troupe and who could legitimately be invited back. I haven't thought about how the following would pair up for the pro dances, but these would be my preferences for next year:
