02 = Jacqui McQueen = 759 pts
So despite a strong challenge, Jacqui comes in 2nd place – the highest ranked female character on the show. Just seen being carted away as a prostitute, she is another character who has quite a lot of depth – fiercly loyal and always in the mix of big storylines. The future sees some dark times ahead for the character – with the rape allegations and will be interesting to see how that affects her relationshops with the key characters. Jacqui comes in 2nd place – IMO a deserving runner up.

Which means Brendan is your winner – a relatively short term character in the show, but one who has a legion of loyal DS fans. He like the rest of the top 5 has a load on hidden depths and IMO we have only scratched the surface of the character. We have seen him be a supreme manipulator of events – be both passionate and abusive to Ste – 2011 is really Brendan year.

she was No2- a great result and is the no1 female if you think about it
very happy with that result! so pleased Brendan won! actually pretty pleased with that top 5, not a big fan of jacqui, but the rest of the top 5 was good.

I was hoping Brendan would win, but I didn't expect it to be such a big lead.

I really enjoyed that.
I would agree with how it all turned out. Of all the new characters, Brendan and Mitzeee are head and shoulders above the rest and it was nice to see them in the top ten with a lot of extablished characters.
Though I hope they begin to do something with the O'Connors and fast.

Would have preferred Nancy in the top 5 over Mitzeee to make a really fantastic top 5 but the top 10 is actually really strong. I like them all.
Pleased that Brendan won, I really like him. I think I may prefer Ste as an overall character but the whole Stendan storyline has me hooked!
And thank you Yohinnchild for doing this- It's hard work! (and yes, Carmel won when I done it with John Paul in 2nd I believe!)
