I guessing not, as legally it would be a ticky one, as refusing someone entry (forgive the pun
) because of an incurable infection would be classed as descrimination (might be different for competitions though, being different to employment law). Alternatively, letting a HM in the house but announcing the HM had one would be classed as an invasion of privacy, and even demanding a test could maybe be classed as an invasion of their privacy (kinda ironic
) and human rights?
But then again, if non of the above legal hurdles are so high, doing so might be seen as a positive safe sex message, and not doing so classed as irresponsible, so we might see announced testing in the next BB?
