Genuine question to Nadia 'Fans', why is she popular.

Is it because of the laugh, the voice? The sympathy vote because of her 'struggle with her sex change? The freaking out through lack of nicotene? The constant exposure of her fake breasts? The jawline? The lip gloss?

What is it that makes her so interesting, because I just can't see it. Imagine being with Nadia for 24 hours without being able to get away. You would end up chopping off your head with a bread knife.
