If you want to go, just go!!

Isn't it getting a bit tiresome year after year that people go into BB and keep mithering on about wanting to leave. Either appreciate the experience or don't go in. Of course, if it's too much for you, leave, but don't go on about walking and then stay because of your public voting for you ro any other justification. This applies to Jason, Dan and occasionally to Ahmed and Shell this year but especially to the first two.

And that year when Sunita (?) left immediately. Why did she actually bother entering the house? Why did Sandy? Loads of people want their place!

I reckon as soon as they say it. BB should make them actually go, then we will see whether they meant it

BB is usually the one that talks them out of it... The fags for Nadia, the weights for Jason....

Sunita had the good sense to realise that her future as a lawyer would not be helped by staying in the house, a point BJ discovered too late!

I agree that BB should call people's bluff. A lot of nonsense has been spouted about Nadia's addiction to nicotine being on a par with that of a heroin addict. I rather think the average heroin addict would walk rather than risk missing the next fix.

If they put a clause in their contract saying that leaving the show early on any grounds other than serious health problems or family bereavment would mean they would be sued by endemol it might stop a few people in their tracks!

Yeah but you might be contravening the Bill of Human Rights.

I just can't understand why Sunita and Sandy even went as far as they did. Or Kitten really since she was asking to be thrown out

You could sue them for breach of contract but most of them probably don't have any money anyway which is why they are there. I just wish they could stop them whingeing!

Maybe but do you think the contestants are likely to pull them up on that?!

Ahmed with his legal background would! Remember his insistence that BB must pay the winner £100k.

I think BB could only bring a contractual claim against the HMs. They would be liable to claims for false imprisonment actions if they refused to let people leave. Don't need the 1998 Human Rights Act.

But they could take them at their word and put an old housemate back in or something. It's so brattish to whinge about walking.
