I like it, not to sure on the news though...

Catched the new imaging for the first time today. The news and travel packages sound ultra modern to me. Very slick like the TV version.

Also hear Capital 102.2 aswell as Capital Birmingham in the imaging now aswell.

Capital have just playlisted Bastille! Along with a *new* Rudimental song. Today is a good day!

Good to see they are the forefront of hit music, adding Bastille two weeks after the single went to number 2 and the album went to number 1.

They also played Nicole Scherzinger's Boomerang on Friday and said it was a brand new track.

I don't like how they seem to pick and choose what they play. It's like virtually ditching 1D many months ago and keep playing the Wanted.

Christian Williams sounds really good tonight, Miles better than Pandora. He reminds me alot of James Barr though.. (Which Is a good thing)

Has Drivetime now been extended to 8pm? I'm sure Sacha Brooks on 102.2 was until 8 yesterday?

Doesn't every radio station pick and choose what they play? Surely that's an integral part of running a music radio station? Somebody has to exercise judgment on what will and won't work for the target audience!

So what Justin Bieber is more on target than one direction? Personally I'd say One direction is more on target than Justin Bieber.

You could argue that both are on target - and both get played. Justin will have picked up more airplay than he otherwise might through his collaborations with Nicki Minaj, and now Will.I.Am, both of whom are bang-on for Capital. But both acts are hugely popular with the younger end of the Capital audience.

Duncan Wallace - Network Producer has said he was been working hard on the new show. He specialises in Electronic Dance Music... Are they thinking of making this more like the Galaxy weekend?

Maybe even place Andi Durrant on a earlier time?

If we're putting guesses out how about a famous dance producer? Calvin Harris?

that would be tight.. did he already had a show on the old Kiss105/Galaxy era? He did a show yonks ago which was him telling stories and playing trance music in the background.
