Everyone is expecting big star names for Capital, There will always be 1 or 2, But Globals Heart station is the one for the celeb presenrers. This is on purpose for the branding. So if you want celebrity presenters its just heart for you!

The issue is Greg pulls in the listeners! (Alot). And so do JK & Lucy, So what do you do! Ship Greg off to Heart but what slot!
Ricky Simmonds (a former ministry of Sound dj and presenter) has announced that he's joining too with a picture of the contract with Global Radio.

For now, Galaxy and Juice 'are' better than Capital (richard park era).. But with the changes coming under Tabor's watch.. Could Capital become better than Galaxy? only time would tell! Interested to see how they'll schedule both balls (summer and winter) within the new schedule.

The only other option is JK and Lucy could be moved to a network slot either 10-1 or 1-4 and Greg could get London drive time but then where do Toby and Matt go
Have all of the Capital stations changed to the local ones now? Capital Liverpool on the Moel-y-Parc transmitter is still showing "Capital". Is this station basically just a placeholder? There's no reason at all for it to be there as it overlaps entirely with the St John's Beacon transmitter. Is it worth emailing Global to enquire about it? Just seems such a waste of space.

Would say only like 4 times a year does he do the top 40. Never known him to do a Saturday thou!
Greg's bio mentions "weekend" and is different to his weekday Drivetime bio so it looks like he could be on Saturdays 12-4 permanently. As mentioned, Dave Berry, Ant Payne, Bassman and Marvin Humes all work 6 days a week so he can't have too many complaints. Surprised we haven't seen some new names apart from Aimee Vivian and JJ to replace Max and Christian Williams. Thought we might see some new weekend voices or promotions from the local stations but the new "Capital Weekender" seems to mean that there's little chance of that.
Enjoyed the capital weekend live with ministry of sound, great mix of music new and some older tracks.
Credit to Capital for ministry of sound show, i really enjoyed it they played some songs that had,nt been touch for years, looking forward to it again this weekend.

You completely miss the point as usual. I'm not saying Justin Bieber is awful.
But you can't honestly tell me that when "sorry" plays now on Capital you say to yourself "oooooh Bieber again, great!"
No, you think, "oh not this bloody song AGAIN". Someone has actually made a website to take the piss out of it, yet you still deny they are playing certain songs to death on that station.
