It almost sounded like it was pre-recorded it was that unnatural. However with Zoe recently announcing she was pregnant it won't be long till she is on maternity leave, so they will have to change it... Like you say, the question is who...? That said they do have a very big loyal following, so expect an uproar!
Yeah some of the girls on my old department used to talk about Zoe & Gillies, back when it was Galaxy.

I actually prefer Toni to Zoe, when she's in on her own she at least sounds natural, but I don't know how she sounds when co presenting with someone else.

Do we really need a 4 Hour breakfast show? Kiss have 3 Hour, Radio 1 have 3 and a half...

Why not?

I personally think 6 - 10 is perfect time for a breakfast show. 7 start would be too late in my opinion and if it ended at 9 someone would have to do 4 hours instead of 3 (either Rich or Bassman) so why not have local breakfast do 4 hours instead?

..and don't the stations have to have 7 hours of local content a day?

So you think they should reduce it just because Kiss and Radio 1 have a shorter breakfast show?

If that were the case, local drive would have to be 3-7 to meet the local requirements.

4-8 would be more likely. (see Friday)

Perhaps they need a specialist show between 9-10 like most AC stations i.e time tunnel, golden hour but something that is more CHR formatted.

Possibly, that's just my opinion, It probably won't work anyway. "We believe change is good" - Stephen Miron, Group CEO - Global Radio

locally produced and presented content for 7 hours each weekday (8 hours on Fridays) and 4 hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Why not change (Maybe) the breakfast show nearer to the weekend, Like I said before it probably won't work. But then Capital are always changing to keep up with the trend.

I'm sure they have to provide 7 hours local programming during the day (i.e between 6am-7pm) which must include Breakfast!

I hear that BBC Radio 1 are changing the schedule. I wonder if Vernon Kay or Reggie Yates might get placed with Global Radio. There is talk of possibly Vernon might go to Heart or Capital. Yes, Really!

Any evidence? Wouldn't think Vernon would like to do the short links. Capital may have him on from 1pm weekdays, but is he up for hearing Rihanna 5 times a day?

Pandora's first time doing drive tonight, thought she did rather well actually. Much better than Greg 'must mention my name in every link' Burns.

Does anyone know why Greg's off this week?

I swear I remember seeing on the schedule last week (and digiguide.tv still lists it) as Will on drive and Pandora on the late show...obviously not complaining as the current arrangement does seem better as it doesn't involve Will moving unnecessary.

Anyone know, was this a last minute change?

Sorry to bring this up again but does anyone know what is happening with Andi Durrant's show?

From his page on Capital's site: "Friday and Saturday night 11pm-2am across the UK" Yet the show is being Broadcast at Midnight. It also mentions 11PM on his twitter page.

Is there going to be another shake up to start 2013?

And just above that the heading says "Friday and Saturday from midnight", you may have missed this, whilst your quote is the show info which has not been updated.

It also mentions 11PM on his twitter page.
A few tweets down you can see he has replied to someone "midnight" for what time the show is on, again, you may have missed this. His Twitter bio has not been updated or he is hoping it will revert back!

Yeah, I know they are probably not bothering to change it in case they move it back again.

There's always hope!
