I just happened to notice this cable on TV cables website
http://www.tvcables.co.uk/cgi-bin/tvcables/PGV372.html
It connects the three seperate Red Green and Blue connectors found on some DVD players to a standard SCART cable.
Although i am perfectly happy with the picture quality via the RGB SCART cable i currently use i was wondering if there would be any improvement in picture quality by using a cable like this?, is there any advantage to carrying each colour down a seperate insulated, shielded cable like this?
My DVD player does have this type of output so no problem there but would this work on a standard TV or does it require a progressive scan capable TV to work? My TV is getting on a bit now (approx 8 years old) although at 33 inches it still offers a decent viewing area.
anyway any info appreciated
