My daughter just has a really high pain threshold so it is so hard to know. I just went by the look on her face - drained and white and the holding of the arm. She wouldn't let it go. She is often ill because of the cancer so is used to it - you almost develop a sixth sense that something is wrong because she doesn't tell you.

As for my son...he came home from leeds not being the best..didnt tell me straight away as he wanted to go out and meet up with a few friends...didnt stay out too long as stomach cramps caught up with him...he's doing a bit better now tyne...i'm hoping he will be okay to fly back tomorrow evening...if not..i'll have him for another day...
