Is it possible to change the menu colours on the Humax HDR Fox T2?

Following this thread in another place: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s....php?t=1432107 and a quick lurk in this forum, I bought and installed a Humax HDR Fox T2 for my father. It really seems to be the business and he's very happy with it, but one small niggle is that he finds some of the menus awkward to read (they do seem to use a grey on white colour scheme).

Is it possible to change the colour scheme used by the menus, or is he stuck with it? I had a look through the manual (thanks for the link chrisjr!) and couldn't find anything that looked relevant. Obviously if I was there I'd just plough through the menus myself, but he lives some distance from me and I don't see him every week.

Thanks in advance for any pointers.

I don't know if the HDR is the same as the HD, but you might be able to change the transparency - or turn it off altogether.

Transparency can be set off,25%,50% or 75% but only influences overlay OSDs such as the media list or menu. It has no influence on the main EPG guide and minimal influence on the TV portal (running in simple mode)
